Access to the congress venue from the hotels

The congress venue, Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, is accessible from the congress official hotels with metro lines D or E. Stop at metro station Zuidplein.

Thanks to our hosts, Rotterdam Ahoy and Rotterdam Partners, all delegates will be offered the Rotterdam Welcome Card.
The card will be distributed at check-in at each congress official hotels.

This city card offers great discounts on top attractions, art & culture, as well as drinks & dining and a travel pass (OV-chipkaart) for 3 days of public transport in the city!

This will provide you with unlimited travel on all metro, tram and bus lines of the RET public transport network in the Rotterdam city region during the congress days on 3, 4 and 5 November.

Registration area and opening times

The UFI Global Congress registration desks will be located at Rotterdam Ahoy on level 1 will be opened at the following opening times:

Wednesday 3 November - 09:30-17:30
Thursday 4 November - 08:30-17:30
Friday 5 November - 08:30-13:30

UFI Global Congress venues and “Coronavirus entry pass”

Residents from EU countries can enter an event in the Netherlands with proof of vaccination,
proof of recovery or a negative test result using the EU Digital Covid Certificate (DCC).

The DCC is the European initiative to allow free travel within the EU. You will receive this digital certificate including a QR code
if you come from one of the participating European Member States and you have been tested negative, have been fully vaccinated or
have been demonstrably recovered of Covid-19.

Visitors from outside of Europe can use a paper certificate to proof that they are fully vaccinated if they wish to enter an event in the Netherlands.

We recommend all UFI delegates to carry at all times a proof of vaccination (or testing or recovery)
and a photo ID to enter all venues and hotels.

Welcome Reception

From 19:30 to 22:00 on Wednesday 3 November at nhow Hotel
Dress Code: Business Casual

Buses will depart from the nhow hotel from 21h30 to 22h15 to Mainport and Hilton hotels.

UFI Running Club

From 06:30 to 07:45 on Thursday 4 November
Meeting point 06:30 at nhow Hotel

Meeting point 19:15 in hotels lobby (nhow, Room Mate Bruno and Hilton hotels).
