The Tai Chi session will be led by Master Sifu Chui Shing Yip Jeff, an expert instructor who will guide participants through gentle movements that promote focus, flexibility, and inner calm.

About Sifu Jeff
Sifu Chui Shing Yip Jeff has practiced TaiChi for over 20 years. Initially attracted to TaiChi as a low-impact exercise, Sifu Jeff soon discovered its depth as a sophisticated martial art that offers invaluable benefits to both body and soul.
Being an IT Professional, the increasing work challenges over the years led Sifu Jeff to seek balance, which he found in TaiChi Chuan. This ancient art provided him with the mental relaxation and physical coordination, proving to be a perfect antidote to work-
life stress. Sifu Jeff’s journey from a corporate professional to a revered TaiChi Master is a testament to his unwavering dedication and the transformative power of TaiChi.
