Download the UFI Events App

When you download the event app, follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address, the one you used to register for the event.
2. You will then receive a code by email.
3. Submit it in the dedicated box.
4. Select the 91st UFI Global Congress event.
5. Follow the user guide below.

Signing in to KeepTrack

Once the application is downloaded, enter the email address you used when you registered and enter the 6-digit code you will receive on your email address. You can also, if it has been set up, scan from the KeepTrack application your Flash config QR Code available in your personal space. This will lead you directly to the event linked to the QR Code.

Home Page Navigation

After logging in the app and selecting UFI Global Congress event, you will land on the Home page. From this view, you will have access to all mobile app features and pages put at your disposal. You can quickly access different areas of the event's website and networking functions. 

How to Connect

In this section, you will find the list of attendees registered during the event. From this view, you can also add a contact by entering his name directly or by scanning his QR code (from a badge). From the All tab of the Contact tab, you can easily find and add a participant by clicking on the button to the right of his name.

Message Your Peer

This section allows you to access all your messages with other participants. 
  • A red dot will appear on the message icon when you receive a new message. 
  • Unread messages will be indicated by a flashing black dot next to the conversation. 
You can also start or access conversations directly from your Contacts list by clicking the Message icon next to the participant's name.

Access Your Mobile App Profile

Your Profile gathers all the elements that identify you.

You will find in this tab of the application:
  • Your QR Code that can be scanned by the staff and the participants at the event
  • Your identification number
  • Your Notifications center
  • The possibility to change event on the application
  • The possibility to disconnect from the application
This is where you can show your unique QR Code so that it can be scanned to get in touch with your new contact.
