Biography:: Tanya believes events aren’t just gatherings they’re catalysts for connection and change. With more than 20 years in the event industry, she’s journeyed from launching startups inside an exhibition center to founding ExpoPlatform, now a global team of 115 serving organizers in 30+ countries. Along the way, she’s championed the role of technology in transforming events into smarter, more personal experiences. She believes communities are the heartbeat of every great event. That’s why her focus is on innovations that make audiences feel seen, engaged, and part of something bigger. Outside of work, she'll usually be found cycling around Cambridge with her kids or sketching out the next big idea to make events more personal, connected, and unforgettable.
