How will the exhibition industry work in 2030? From developing talent and building stronger organisations to embedding more sustainable practices, the choices we make today will shape how our industry evolves.
Drawing inspiration from the 2026 UFI People & Culture and Sustainable Development Award-winning projects, this session invites delegates to look four years ahead and imagine how our industry’s people, practices and partnerships might change.
Working in small groups, participants will step into the role of newsroom editorial teams to imagine the stories that could make the front page of an exhibition industry newspaper in 2030.
An opportunity to exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions and explore what decisions we need to make today to shape the future of our industry.
