- Lord Stephen A. Carter is the Chief Executive of Informa PLC, the international FTSE 100 B2B live events, digital services and academic markets group.
Over his career, Stephen has held executive roles in a range of media and technology businesses. He joined Informa in 2010 as a Non-Executive Director, before becoming Group CEO in 2013.
Under Stephen’s leadership, Informa has also grown significantly in reach and scale, geographically – particularly in North America, China, Asia and the Middle East – and in the deployment of technology and digital services.
The Group has expanded to serve dozens of dynamic and growing specialist markets across the world, with a portfolio that now has nearly one thousand leading B2B brands.
