Download the UFI Events App

Get the event photos live and network with your colleagues and peers attending the event.
The UFI Events app is the easiest way to stay informed about this year's event. Stay up to date with programming, sessions and social activities. Use it to make new connections and network with colleagues and industry peers.

When you download the event app, follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address, the one you used to register for the event.
2. You will then receive a code by email.
3. Submit it in the dedicated box.
4. Select the 92nd UFI Global Congress event.

Your Profile: The attendee list works like a social network contact list: you can browse other participants, but you will not see yourself on your own list. Rest assured, your profile is visible to others.

Social activities, dress code and meeting points

🚋 Tram Party (Fully Booked)

Date and Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Friday 21 November
Buses will depart from AsiaWorld-Expo East Lobby Entrace at 5:00 PM, 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM.
Duration: The Tram Party runs for approximately 1.5 hours, concluding at the city drop-off point (Central) around 7:30 PM-7:45 PM. 

After the tram ride, immerse yourself in Lan Kwai Fong—Hong Kong’s most iconic nightlife district and make your way to Baci, a vibrant Italian eatery. 

Guests who are not attending the Dinner at Baci may depart at this time. For those joining the dinner, the evening will continue, and you will be free to explore the city at your leisure from 9:00 PM onwards.
Please note that transportation back to the official hotels will not be provided.

Please remember to wear your delegate badge. 

📸 Post-Conference Tours

10:00 AM-4:00 PM on Saturday 22 November
Buses will depart from each of the official hotels at 10:00 AM
  • Tour 1 - Hong Kong Heights – The Peak Experience
  • Tour 2 - Cultural Canvas – From Past to Present
  • Tour 3 - Lantau Escapes – Nature, Heritage & Sea (Fully Booked)
  • Tour 4 - Old Town Central – Heritage Meets Hip (Fully Booked)
Participants joining the post-congress tours may bring their luggage on the buses.
